Recommended Applications:

Servoflex PUR shielded, UL/CSA approved and Desina conforming with low capacitiance is designed for electronically controlled servo motors and as a power and feedback cable for power supply chains, automatic handling equipment and robots. The polyurethane (PUR) outer sheath is highly cut, notch and abrasion resistant.

Conductor:

Bare copper class 6 stranding.

Colour Code:

Cores are black with consecutive white numbering 1-3 and green yellow protective conductor.

Shielding:

Pairs have foil & tinned copper braid.

Overall tinned copper braid (minimum 85% coverage).

Jacketing Compound:

PUR-based outer sheath, flame retardant and self-extinguishing. Low adhesive and resistant to hydrolysis and microbes.

Minimum Bend Radius:

7.5 x cable diameter in flexing applications.

5 x cable diameter in static applications.

Temperature Range:

For static applications -50°C to + 80°C.

For flexing applications -40°C to + 80°C.

Nominal Voltage Rating:

1000V.

Test Voltage:

4000V.

Control Core 2000V.

Basic Construction:

Superfine strands of bare copper with polypropylene (PP) insulation. Power cores are black and number coded 1-3, with a green/yellow ground. Twisted pairs are individually shielded, with a foil and braided shielded, and a tinned copper drain wire. The power cores are cabled together, with an overall tinned copper braided shield.
